(March 21st to April 19th)
You have no idea how to approach confrontation in a constructive way. You’re stubborn, which means you rarely (if ever) back down and this can create serious strains in your relationships. You need to learn how to chill out a little bit AND how to admit when you’re wrong. You need to practicing on counting to 10 or something before unleashing that explosive anger.

Getting you to open up is like going on an archeological dig. You have things buried soooooo deep. It’s absolutely a defense mechanism, but it’s difficult for people to feel like they can develop any sort of emotional connection to you if you refuse to let ANYONE in.

Not everyone knows this about you, but you actually struggle with massive anxiety. Some of your so-called “negative personality traits” are actually side effects from untreated anxiety issues. Your inability to make decisions (and total stress at the thought of having to make them) is usually tied into your anxiety. Learning how to combat your anxiety (whether that’s medication, talk therapy, fitness routines, breathing, etc) is going to be huge for you.

You are VERY emotional – which isn’t always a bad thing. Your wear your heart on your sleeve, and that’s admirable! But your deep sensitivity means you often personalize things you don’t need to personalize.
